  • Drafts and submits budget proposals and recommends subsequent budget changes where necessary. Estimates the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. <\/li>\n
  • Oversees and tracks the certification of AD Civil defense and the Re-certification process for assigned projects. Determines and assesses need for additional staff and\/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitment if necessary, during project cycle. <\/li>\n
  • Directs and manages project development from beginning to end. Defines project scope, goals and deliverable that support business goals in collaboration with senior management. <\/li>\n
  • Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Tracks project milestones and deliverables. Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Male, 45 years old and below <\/li>\n
    • Must have a background in the construction industry, specifically in offshore projects. <\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in MS Office to support the administrative functions of the organization. <\/li>\n
    • Must have the ability to develop a schedule, assigning resources to tasks, tracking progress, managing the budget, and analyzing workloads using MS Project\/Primavera. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
