{"id":51670,"date":"2025-11-15T12:50:24","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:50:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/project-qhse-manager-2\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T12:50:25","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:50:25","slug":"project-qhse-manager-2","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/project-qhse-manager-2\/","title":{"rendered":"PROJECT QHSE MANAGER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2578512<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>As a Project QHSE Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that a project adheres to all quality, health, safety, and environmental standards, regulations, and best practices.This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing the project&#8217;s QHSE plan, conducting audits and inspections, providing training, and reporting on performance. <\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create, update, and implement quality, health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace and develop strategies to mitigate them. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure the organization complies with all applicable health, safety, and environmental laws, regulations, and standards and staying updated on new regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on safety, quality, and environmental standards and practices. <\/li>\n<li>Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and environmental breaches to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare correct and detailed incident reports if there are any accidents within the site. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and contingency plans for various scenarios that may endanger or harm anyone inside and outside of the construction site. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and processes to ensure they meet safety and environmental standards. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records related to QHSE activities, incidents, training, and compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for improvement in quality, health, safety, and environmental performance and implement programs that will improve the QHSE performance. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage budgets for QHSE programs, including allocating resources for training, equipment, and other necessary expenses. <\/li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact with regulatory agencies and authorities on QHSE matters. <\/li>\n<li>Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of QHSE programs and track progress over time. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Has<strong>more than 10 years of experience <\/strong> <\/li>\n<li>NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent and Engineering bachelor\u2019s degree <\/li>\n<li><strong>ADNOC approved (Required) <\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2025-11-11 12:58:18<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1347],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-51670","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-management-operations","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1347":"Management &amp;
