In this role, you\u2019ll act as a workflow integrator\u2014translating design concepts into production-ready code and ensuring design consistency across digital products. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with designers to translate high-fidelity UI designs into interactive, coded UI components. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain design-system components (React, Vue, Angular) ensuring design consistency across applications. <\/li>\n<li>Develop accessible, performant, and responsive interfaces aligned with WCAG standards and internationalisation. <\/li>\n<li>Document design patterns, style guides, and code libraries. <\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain component documentation in <strong>Storybook <\/strong>. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in Agile ceremonies across squads\/tribes, working closely with front-end engineers to define and integrate design tokens and APIs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong foundation in <strong>HTML5, CSS3\/SASS, JavaScript (ES6+) <\/strong> <\/li>\n<li>Experience with at least one modern UI framework (<strong>React, Vue, or Angular <\/strong>) <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with tooling: <strong>Storybook, Styleguidist, Figma-to-code plugins, Babel, Webpack <\/strong> <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of component architecture: theming, tokens, props API <\/li>\n<li>Experience with accessibility standards (<strong>WCAG 2.0\/2.1 <\/strong>), responsive design, mobile-first <\/li>\n<li>Version control (Git\/GitHub) <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Agile\/Scrum methodology <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Design &#038; UX Skills <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in <strong>Figma <\/strong> <\/li>\n<li>Strong sense of interaction, visual, and motion design <\/li>\n<li>Understanding of UX fundamentals: user flows, accessibility, inclusive design <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with <strong>ISO 9241 usability standards <\/strong> is a plus <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Soft Skills <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork abilities <\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail <\/li>\n<li>Analytical and data-driven approach to design iterations <\/li>\n<li>Self-starter, proactive in system improvements <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>2\u20135 years <\/strong> of experience in front-end development, product design, UX engineering, or similar roles. <\/li>\n<li>Prior experience contributing to a <strong>design system <\/strong> is highly preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in <strong>HCI, Interaction Design, Computer Science <\/strong>, or related field is desirable. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why Join?
