Safety <\/b> \u2013 Ensure compliance with QSHE, ISO standards, and foster a ZERO HARM safety culture. <\/li>\n<li><b>Compliance, Ethics &#038; Safety <\/b> \u2013 Exercise authority to stop work if unsafe conditions are observed and report to HSE or management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications, Skills and Experience <\/h3>\n<p><b>Academic Qualification: <\/b> Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering and Project Management. <\/p>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Project Management, including at least 5 years in a Lead or Senior PM capacity. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects within budget and schedule constraints. <\/li>\n<li>Strong track record of leading project teams and ensuring successful delivery of client specifications. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Core Skills &#038;
