You will play a pivotal role in building and managing the supply base\u2014from onboarding third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensuring Captain availability and operational readiness. This role is integral with supplier coordination, captain onboarding, and ramp-up activities, to ensure that our markets are fully equipped to meet the demand and deliver exceptional service. <\/p>\n<h3>What you&#8217;ll do <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and lead the full captain acquisition process. <\/li>\n<li>Initiate and manage onboarding conversations with 3PL partners and logistics suppliers <\/li>\n<li>Align captain supply with Careem&#8217;s growth plans by ensuring 3PLs meet their commitments. <\/li>\n<li>Track and enforce fulfilment targets. <\/li>\n<li>Distribute captain swag\/uniforms and coordinate training initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Build and nurture relationships with 3PL providers to establish trust and long-term collaboration. <\/li>\n<li>Serve as the point of contact for resolving operational issues with suppliers and captains. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain clear documentation and reporting of acquisition progress and supply health. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What you&#8217;ll need <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in acquisition, logistics, or operations in a fast-moving environment (e.g., food tech, q-commerce, mobility) <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of last mile operations or supplier\/vendor management <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Intermediate Excel\/Google Sheets proficiency required; SQL is a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Analytical mindset with comfort handling numbers and supply metrics. <\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects independently. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What we\u2019ll provide you <\/h3>\n<p>We offer colleagues the opportunity to drive impact in the region while they learn and grow.
