Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity as a Revenue Controller in Dubai with a multicultural team? <\/p>\n<p>As our new <b>Revenue Controller <\/b>, you\u2019ll work closely with our Finance and CCM Team, our Sales team and a variety of other stakeholders. <\/p>\n<h3>Key responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Representing Doka\u2019s commercial interests at any given time <\/li>\n<li>Establishing stable relationships with all our clients <\/li>\n<li>Developing a good understanding of our clients\u2019 commercial processes <\/li>\n<li>Independently arranging meetings &#038; appointments with our clients and other stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>Daily reporting of priorities to management and coordination with our Finance &#038; Sales team <\/li>\n<li>Submitting invoices and clarifying all related matters including L\/C business and related paperwork <\/li>\n<li>Following up on payments on a daily basis to avoid delays <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring settlements are finalized at the earliest possible time <\/li>\n<li>Collecting payments <\/li>\n<li>Updating all involved stakeholders on current developments <\/li>\n<li>Escalating issues beyond your area of influence to Management\/our Sales team <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in the Construction Industry, preferably Formwork Industry <\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of commercial processes within the construction industry <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or Business Administration is a must; Master\u2019s Degree and\/or Accounting Credentials are a plus <\/li>\n<li>Confident, self-driven individual with a hands-on attitude <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English <\/li>\n<li>Well-developed numerical ability and attention to detail <\/li>\n<li>Hardworking, diligent &#038;
