You will manage, develop, and implement technology solutions for clients. The Technology Lead is a critical role for the team and will own the full technology stack that supports our digital solutions. You will lead as a player\/coach, manage developer resources, and work side-by-side with project teams as an active participant defining requirements, shaping technical solutions, and taking a hands-on approach to implementation and quality assurance. You will work across multiple projects with a diverse team consisting of front and backend developers, digital strategists, project managers, and the UX\/creative team. Your goal is to manage a team to produce great work, expand our technical capabilities, and help clients meet digital objectives. <\/p>\n<p>What you\u2019ll do provides the core responsibilities for delivering digital technology solutions and leading project teams. <\/p>\n<h3>What you\u2019ll do <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assign and oversee the daily tasks of a team of developers to produce intuitive, scalable and effective experiences for our clients. <\/li>\n<li>Clear blockers, impediments, and act as an escalation point. <\/li>\n<li>Coach, mentor, and develop staff including performance reviews, training, and providing career development opportunities. <\/li>\n<li>Help win new business by actively participating in proposal development, estimating and client presentations. <\/li>\n<li>Actively meet with clients to assess digital technology challenges and translate business needs into technical requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Lead planning, execution, and delivery of digital technology solutions such as website builds, systems integration, or application development. <\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve our approach to digital technology and ensure our development process complies with the highest quality, accessibility, and security standards. <\/li>\n<li>Communicate status, progress and risks to project team. <\/li>\n<li>Work with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, select, and hire as needed. <\/li>\n<li>Participate and play a leadership role in sprint planning meetings to ensure that the team understands their objectives and has committed to completing their work on an agreed-upon timeline. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What you bring <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of hands-on development experience with digital content management systems, specifically Sitecore, and proficiency in one or more web programming languages (.Net, C#). <\/li>\n<li>4 years managing others. <\/li>\n<li>3-5 years of experience leading design and implementation of digital technology solutions using Agile\/Scrum methodologies. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with CSS, HTML5, JavaScript and front-end development frameworks in web, mobile and social media environments. <\/li>\n<li>Experience integrating with search platforms and analytics technologies such as Google, Adobe or Coveo. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated management and communication skills. <\/li>\n<li>Business development experience specifically with scoping projects, estimating, and presenting technical solutions to prospective clients. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to gather and analyze business goals and translate them into technical strategy and roadmap. <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field preferred. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>You get bonus points for <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Agency experience. <\/li>\n<li>Recent Sitecore and\/or Microsoft certifications. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Seniority level <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Mid-Senior level <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Employment type <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u062f\u0648\u0627\u0645 \u0643\u0627\u0645\u0644 <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Job function <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Other <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Industries <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>IT Services and IT Consulting <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2025-11-11 12:49:52<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1348],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-51764","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-it-technology","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1348":"IT &amp;
