The ideal candidate must have <strong>8 to 10 years of experience <\/strong> in the UAE construction sector and a proven track record in handling large-scale civil and infrastructure projects. <strong>Primavera expertise <\/strong> is essential for effective planning and monitoring. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead day-to-day operations across <strong>project execution, site management, planning, and budgeting <\/strong>. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee multiple construction projects ensuring <strong>on-time delivery <\/strong>, quality control, and cost efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review <strong>project schedules in Primavera (P6) <\/strong>, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, health &#038; safety standards, and client specifications. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and key stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Drive business growth by identifying new project opportunities and participating in tendering processes. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor project cash flow, resource allocation, and procurement in coordination with the finance and supply chain teams. <\/li>\n<li>Hire, train, and mentor project and operational teams for optimal performance and succession planning. <\/li>\n<li>Report to senior management with periodic updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &#038; Experience: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in <strong>Civil Engineering <\/strong>, Construction Management, or related field (Master\u2019s preferred). <\/li>\n<li>Minimum <strong>8\u201310 years of construction experience <\/strong> in the UAE, with at least 3\u20135 years in a managerial or leadership role. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in <strong>Primavera P6 <\/strong> is mandatory. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of <strong>project lifecycle <\/strong>, construction contracts, tendering, and procurement practices. <\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of <strong>UAE building codes, safety laws <\/strong>, and local regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership, negotiation, and team management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and client relationship capabilities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Attributes: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred but not mandatory) <\/li>\n<li>Bilingual (Arabic and English) is an advantage <\/li>\n<li>UAE driving license <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation &#038;
