<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The function of the role is to work collaboratively alongside the Combat Medical Instructor and wider Training Team. <\/li>\n<li>The role will be client facing with an emphasis on close collaboration with the client\u2019s organic training and compliance function. <\/li>\n<li>CMI intent is thoroughly understood during teaching and accurately translated. <\/li>\n<li>Interaction with the client\u2019s organic training function remains collaborative throughout the lifetime of the course design. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assume the role of Translator\/Interpreter on any course described in the contract and in close collaboration with the client. <\/li>\n<li>Be prepared to translate\/interpret accurately from English to Emirati Arabic on any course described in the contract and in close collaboration with the client\u2019s organic Training and Compliance function. <\/li>\n<li>Be prepared to assist on all delivery products to facilitate any course described in the contract and in close collaboration with the client. <\/li>\n<li>Be prepared to assist with or lead on any duties or tasks required in order to successfully deliver the contract to the satisfaction of the client. <\/li>\n<li>Strictly comply with the Company\u2019s Work Ethics and Code of Professional Conduct. <\/li>\n<li>Understand and ensure correct implementation of systems used by the organization (e.g., Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Data Management System (DMS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Involvement in the development, review, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Quality Management System and other related compliance, assurance, and quality improvement activities of the organization. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible to ensure full compliance with the applicable laws and regulations required by related governmental agencies, authorities, and organization both local and international e.g. MOHRE, DOH, JCIA, etc. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Internationally recognized qualification in written and spoken communication skills (in English). <\/li>\n<li>Internationally recognized qualification in written and spoken communication skills (in Arabic). <\/li>\n<li>Highly desirable formal qualification in translation from English to Arabic. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability and willingness to learn new IT software programs. <\/li>\n<li>Essential medical background. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated teamwork effectively and good working relationship in a multi-cultural environment. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to liaise effectively with clients, community groups, other employees, and external agencies. <\/li>\n<li>Critical thinking and creative problem solving. <\/li>\n<li>Good organizational\/ interpersonal skills and strong work ethics. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>
