{"id":51818,"date":"2025-11-15T12:50:57","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:50:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/chemical-logistic-coordinator\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T12:50:59","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:50:59","slug":"chemical-logistic-coordinator","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/chemical-logistic-coordinator\/","title":{"rendered":"Chemical Logistic Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2587442<\/p>\n<p><p>Will be responsible for facilitating and managing all aspects of shipping and delivery in line with industry standards and to ensure full customer satisfaction. <\/p>\n<h3>Key Accountabilities: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identity and negotiate rates with carriers for local and overseas shipments <\/li>\n<li>Arrange transportation and schedule deliveries to meet work requirements <\/li>\n<li>Organize shipment inline with set processes to avoid quality control issues <\/li>\n<li>Provide routing information and shipping instructions to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries <\/li>\n<li>Prepare accurate shipping documents for custom clearances for import, export, and re-export <\/li>\n<li>Ensure any logistics problems that may arise are resolved to avoid delays <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with forwarders and accounts department to secure adequate and timely payments <\/li>\n<li>Manage distribution and shipping budgets <\/li>\n<li>Maintain records and ensure correct cost allocation in terms of orders and projects <\/li>\n<li>Continuous review of freight charges and transportation rates, to achieve sustainable savings, where possible <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all activities are in compliance with the Company HSE policies and regulatory requirements <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes <\/li>\n<li>Set up and monitor delivery KPI\u2019s (such as DIFOT) to ensure customer satisfaction <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Knowledge, Skills &#038;
