Install and commission VRF\/VRV <\/b> systems (Toshiba preferred), including outdoor units, indoor units, and branch\/BC controllers. <\/p>\n
Interpret shop drawings\/isometrics; follow OEM piping rules (oil traps, elevation changes, allowable length\/height, branch ratios, diversity). <\/p>\n
Route, support, and insulate copper piping; perform brazing with nitrogen purge <\/b> and high\u2011quality flares; verify proper torque on flare nuts. <\/p>\n
Perform nitrogen pressure tests <\/b> to OEM specification; hold test and record results; leak\u2011trace and rectify. <\/p>\n
Pull deep vacuum <\/b> and verify with a micron gauge <\/b>; conduct decay test before refrigerant release. <\/p>\n
Charge refrigerant by weight <\/b>; confirm subcooling\/superheat as per commissioning charts. <\/p>\n
Install and wire comms\/power: ensure polarity, shielding, earthing, and segregation of signal\/power cabling. <\/p>\n
Address\/group indoor units; set DIP switches\/parameters; pair and configure wired\/wireless controllers. <\/p>\n
Use OEM tools (Toshiba Wave Tool \/ NFC <\/b>, service checker) to read error logs, sensors, inverter status, and perform setup\/firmware updates where applicable. <\/p>\n
Integrate with BMS <\/b> via gateways; verify alarms, I\/O, and remote control logic as specified. <\/p>\n
