We want seasoned professionals with deployment experience across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments to lead strategic AI initiatives for a leading client in Abu Dhabi. <\/p>\n<h3>Core Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design end-to-end AI-powered enterprise solutions integrating traditional systems with AI\/ML <\/li>\n<li>Lead 8\u201312 engineers across full-stack, DevOps, and AI\/ML specializations in Agile environments <\/li>\n<li>Drive technical decisions spanning infrastructure, databases, APIs, microservices, and AI components <\/li>\n<li>Act as the key technical liaison with client stakeholders in Abu Dhabi <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technical Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>GenAI Leadership (3+ Years) \u2013 PRIMARY <\/b> <\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Expert-level LLM experience (LLAMA, Mistral, GPT) including fine-tuning and deployment <\/li>\n<li>Agentic AI, MultiAgent systems, Agentic RAG implementations <\/li>\n<li>Vector Databases, LangChain, Langraph, and modern GenAI toolchains <\/li>\n<li>Advanced prompt engineering and Chain-of-Thought techniques <\/li>\n<li>3+ production GenAI applications successfully implemented <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li><b>AI\/ML Foundation (4\u20135 Years) <\/b> <\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on AI\/ML experience building production systems with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch <\/li>\n<li>ML model lifecycle management from development to deployment and monitoring <\/li>\n<li>Integration of AI\/ML models with existing enterprise architectures <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li><b>Enterprise Architecture &#038; Deployment (8+ Years) <\/b> <\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-stack development with MERN stack or equivalent <\/li>\n<li>Deployment experience across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments <\/li>\n<li>Kubernetes expertise for container orchestration and deployment <\/li>\n<li>Database proficiency: SQL (PostgreSQL\/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB\/DynamoDB) <\/li>\n<li>API development: RESTful services, GraphQL, microservices architecture <\/li>\n<li>DevOps experience: Docker, CI\/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li><b>Cloud &#038; Infrastructure <\/b> <\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong cloud experience (AWS\/Azure\/GCP) with ML services <\/li>\n<li>AWS: SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway or equivalent <\/li>\n<li>Hybrid architecture design combining on-prem, cloud, and AI\/ML systems <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li><b>Proven Delivery <\/b> <\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ complex projects delivered across enterprise systems and AI\/ML solutions <\/li>\n<li>Team leadership experience managing diverse technical teams <\/li>\n<li>Experience working directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>(Good to have) AWS\/Azure\/GCP certifications (Solutions Architect + ML Specialty preferred) <\/li>\n<li>Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills bridging business and technical requirements <\/li>\n<li>Agile\/Scrum leadership experience with measurable team performance improvements <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ideal Candidate <\/h3>\n<p>Priority expertise: GenAI Leadership \u2192 AI\/ML Foundation \u2192 Enterprise Architecture with deployment experience across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
