IP Telephony environment. <\/li>\n<li>Design and implement IP telephony solutions, including voice mail, call routing, and conferencing. <\/li>\n<li>Configure Cisco IP phones, Call Manager, and other related components. <\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve IP telephony issues. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain and optimize IP telephony infrastructure. <\/li>\n<li>Integrate IP telephony systems with other network infrastructure components, such as routers, switches, and firewalls. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure seamless interoperability between voice and data networks. <\/li>\n<li>Implement security measures to protect the IP telephony infrastructure from unauthorized access and threats. <\/li>\n<li>Configure security features such as firewall rules and access control lists. <\/li>\n<li>Diagnose and resolve complex IP telephony issues. <\/li>\n<li>Utilize troubleshooting tools to identify and fix problems. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Create and update knowledge base articles. <\/li>\n<li>Managing CUCM Daily issues related to IP telephony. <\/li>\n<li>UCCX scripting and support. <\/li>\n<li>Cisco Jabber support (Expressway). <\/li>\n<li>Teams Admin portal management and configuration. <\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting issues on SIP\/ PRI lines. <\/li>\n<li>Cisco Unity Connection support <\/li>\n<li>Imagicle call recording, Billing support. <\/li>\n<li>Managing and support related to Critical call center and toll free. <\/li>\n<li>Day to day task on Cisco IM and Presence. <\/li>\n<li>Managing of Cisco UCS servers. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with IT Helpdesk for troubleshooting Telephony issues. <\/li>\n<li>Maintaining backup, overall health of system. <\/li>\n<li>Port security and switching support on Cisco and Huawei. <\/li>\n<li>Management of Network devices like Router, Switches, Local Area Network Devices, Wireless Devices, Unified Communication devices, Firewalls, Load Balancers, WAF, NAC, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Mandatory Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of IP telephony protocols (SIP, H.323, RTP, etc.) <\/li>\n<li>Experience with Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connection, and IP phones <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of network protocols (TCP\/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP) <\/li>\n<li>Experience with VoIP network design and implementation <\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience: 6+ years <\/li>\n<li>Certifications: Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, CCNP Voice, CCDA (as applicable) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Employment details <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Employment type: Full-time <\/li>\n<li>Job function: Information Technology <\/li>\n<li>Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2025-11-11 12:41:29<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1348],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-51914","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-it-technology","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1348":"IT &amp;
