Strategy <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies to achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue targets. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee all leasing activities from lead generation and property viewings to lease negotiations Ejari registration and tenant onboarding for residential commercial and industrial warehouses. <\/li>\n<li>Manage lease expirations renewals and notices to vacate ensuring seamless transitions. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the <b>Customer Relations team <\/b> to ensure properties are market-ready and to optimize the leasing process. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Team Leadership &#038; Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead mentor and manage the leasing team to ensure high performance and professional development. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. <\/li>\n<li>Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Market Analysis &#038; Pricing <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and present <b>Quarterly Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) <\/b> reports providing detailed insights into market trends competitor pricing and rental benchmarks across all property types. <\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date on Dubai Land Departments Smart Rental Index RERA guidelines and other market shifts to inform pricing strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Recommend data-driven rental pricing strategies based on supply-demand dynamics and market forecasts. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with finance and asset management teams to align rental strategies with yield and ROI objectives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Legal &#038; Compliance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all leasing activities adhere strictly to UAE tenancy laws and regulations (RERA DLD Ejari). <\/li>\n<li><b>Ensure all leasing activities are fully compliant with internal Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPPs). <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Review and approve lease agreements for accuracy and legal compliance. <\/li>\n<li><b>Escalate non-collection and payment default issues <\/b> as per company policy working with legal teams where necessary. <\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary point of contact for legal-related inquiries regarding lease agreements and tenancy disputes. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>System &#038; Process Enhancement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Actively <b>contribute to the enhancement and optimization of the companys leasing software and overall system <\/b> including CRM tools like Yardi. <\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in the leasing process through technology. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Stakeholder Coordination &#038; Sales <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Coordinate with the marketing team <\/b> to develop effective promotional campaigns for vacant properties. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate <b>strong sales proficiency <\/b> in converting leads and closing deals to maximize occupancy. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers agencies and institutional tenants. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Reporting &#038; Analytics <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide regular performance reports to senior management on occupancy rates leasing velocity average rental rates and collection forecasts. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare <b>ad-hoc reports <\/b> as requested by senior management to support strategic decisions. <\/li>\n<li>Offer strategic insights and recommendations on leasing performance market risks and opportunities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038;
