We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever\u2011growing talented team. <\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for a <b>Senior Product Marketing Manager <\/b> to join and build the function and take end\u2011to\u2011end ownership of GTMs, partner closely with Product teams, and shape the future of Capital.com. <\/p>\n<p>This is a hands\u2011on role: you\u2019ll shape product positioning, formalise differentiating value propositions, build launch plans, execute with cross\u2011functional teams, and closely track impact. You\u2019ll also help raise the bar across a young PMM function through mentoring and process building. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with Product teams early to shape product positioning, define target audiences, and sharpen value propositions <\/li>\n<li>Own end\u2011to\u2011end GTM planning for new launches (messaging, channels, launch plans, stakeholder alignment) <\/li>\n<li>Infuse the brand vision into the Product development and ensure brand alignment through touch points <\/li>\n<li>Drive cross\u2011functional execution with Product, Design, Growth, Compliance, and regional teams <\/li>\n<li>Build clear launch frameworks and repeatable PMM playbooks that scale across product areas <\/li>\n<li>Track performance and optimise post\u2011launch: adoption, activation, and ongoing funnel improvements <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate on lifecycle strategies after launch to ensure sustained engagement and retention <\/li>\n<li>Influence senior Product stakeholders and guide decision\u2011making with customer insights and data <\/li>\n<li>Coach and mentor PMMs in the team, sharing best practices and raising overall PMM craft <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years in Product Marketing (or a closely related role), ideally in fintech or a regulated environment <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record owning multiple launches and leading GTM from discovery through execution and optimisation <\/li>\n<li>Strong positioning, messaging, and narrative\u2011building skills \u2014 you can make complex products easy to understand <\/li>\n<li>Experience working closely with Product and Design teams, with confidence influencing without direct authority <\/li>\n<li>Comfortable operating in regulated contexts and balancing speed with compliance constraints <\/li>\n<li>Clear evidence of impact on key metrics (e.g., adoption, activation, FTT\/FTDD, trading activity, LTV, churn) <\/li>\n<li>Either deep expertise in crypto or a strong generalist mindset across trading\/investments\/banking \u2014 crypto interest is required <\/li>\n<li>Experience building processes, frameworks, or playbooks, and a genuine mentoring mindset <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What you will get in return <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Salary: We believe great work deserves great pay!
