Reporting to the Director of Sales &#038; Events, the role will be responsible for driving revenue, strengthening client relationships, and positioning the hotel as a market leader within the luxury MICE and Leisure sectors. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise, strong leadership, and in-depth market knowledge to maximize opportunities and deliver sustainable results. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><b>Strategic Sales Leadership <\/b> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Develop and execute a clear sales strategy for the MICE and Leisure segments, aligned with the overall business objectives of the hotel. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Identify, target, and secure high-value accounts while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure proactive account management by maximizing potential revenue and driving conversion. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><b>Team Leadership &#038; Development <\/b> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the sales team to achieve financial and non-financial objectives. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure team members are fully trained in hotel positioning, brand standards, and effective selling techniques. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Monitor individual and team performance, identify skills gaps, and implement development programs where necessary. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><b>Business Performance &#038; Operations <\/b> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Oversee sales activities and ensure departmental KPIs are consistently achieved or exceeded. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain accurate reporting on account production, revenue forecasts, and strategic action plans. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Events teams to maximize cross-segment synergies and enhance overall business performance. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure adherence to departmental budgets, cost controls, and efficient expenditure approvals. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><b>Client Engagement &#038; Representation <\/b> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Represent the hotel at industry events, exhibitions, roadshows, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Lead site inspections, client entertainment, and familiarization trips to showcase the hotel\u2019s offerings. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Design and implement targeted promotions and packages to stimulate demand during need periods. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain the highest standards of client relationship management, ensuring loyalty and repeat business. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Candidate Profile <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Minimum 5 years of progressive sales leadership experience in luxury hospitality, with a focus on <b>MICE and Leisure segments <\/b>. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proven track record in driving revenue growth and expanding market share. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong UAE market knowledge and established network of key accounts. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Highly analytical, organized, and results-oriented, with strong business acumen. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Fluency in English is essential;
