S\/he will be the brand ambassador for <b>PIPECARE Group <\/b>&#8216;s innovative technology and responsible for all worldwide sales. S\/he will be expected to expand the current client portfolio and implement strategies to grow market presence. The primary responsibility will be to manage a growing Sales and Business Development Team at the Head Office (HO) and regional subsidiaries, who will implement and monitor sales, marketing strategies, policies, and plans. <\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities &#038; Authorities <\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Lead the Sales and Business Development team for your dedicated regions. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible for growing, expanding, and maintaining revenues and customer base within the assigned territories. <\/li>\n<li>Develop, approve, and execute sales and marketing plans and strategies for the territories, form the budget accordingly, and set specific objectives and performance criteria aligned with <b>PIPECARE Group <\/b>&#8216;s objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure long-standing customer relations and networking with key international oil and gas clients. Provide marketing intelligence regarding trends, new developments, and competitor activities. <\/li>\n<li>Direct personnel in operational procedures to complete assignments and understand manpower and equipment requirements for industrial service projects and emergency responses. <\/li>\n<li>Interface professionally with customers to update on project status and resolve issues. <\/li>\n<li>Represent <b>PIPECARE Group <\/b> in regional and national networking organizations to benefit growth within assigned product lines. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Project Management, D&#038;A, R&#038;D, and TM\/Production teams to ensure customer needs are met for all projects. <\/li>\n<li>Establish in-depth knowledge of market rates, competitive pricing, and market dynamics to maintain an acceptable win rate at margins. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain company\/contact information and document all sales calls, customer visits, and business opportunities. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all sales and marketing materials are up-to-date and available in the sales library. <\/li>\n<li>Motivate and develop your team to meet KPIs and support personal development. <\/li>\n<li>Execute additional tasks as requested by <b>PIPECARE Group <\/b> CEO and Executive Team. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Accountability <\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Define long-term organizational strategic goals. <\/li>\n<li>Manage S&#038;M team, set targets for BDMs. <\/li>\n<li>Be accountable for sales targets. <\/li>\n<li>Travel extensively as required. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Degree or equivalent in Management\/Engineering with strong commercial skills. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of international sales experience, culminating in a senior sales or business development role. <\/li>\n<li>Preferably from Oil &#038;
