Note: This is an Emiratised role in compliance with Emiratization requirements. <\/p>\n<h3>What does the role involve? <\/h3>\n<p>The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for generating profitable sales from an assigned account base through outbound sales. You will manage a portfolio of assigned customers, provide strong knowledge of Hilti products and the related services and aftercare to ensure customer engagement, and work closely with Hilti Store Representatives and Field Account Managers to achieve company objectives and growth. Far from traditional cold calling, it\u2019s about building relationships with our customers and helping them find innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs, through presenting Hilti\u2019s value proposition. <\/p>\n<h3>What you need is: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor\u2019s degree in any discipline (Engineering is a plus). <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is highly preferred; Urdu is a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. <\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation and sales skills; previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. <\/li>\n<li>A proactive, determined, and result-oriented mindset with a career-driven attitude. <\/li>\n<li>Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure. <\/li>\n<li>Persuasive, resilient, and able to handle objections effectively. <\/li>\n<li>Must be based in Dubai and eligible for Emiratization.
