Manager, Legal (Projects and Construction) <\/strong><\/p>\n A leading real estate development company in Abu Dhabi is seeking to appoint a Manager \u2013 Legal (Projects and Construction) to support its growing operations. <\/p>\n The selected candidate will work closely with the General Counsel to manage legal matters related to high-value construction, development, and infrastructure projects. <\/p>\n \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/strong> <\/p>\n 1. Provide legal advice and support across departments in coordination with the General Counsel. <\/p>\n 2. Draft and review a wide range of legal documents, including consultancy, contractor, vendor, lease, procurement, licensing, service, and confidentiality agreements. <\/p>\n 3. Lead and manage the contract lifecycle process, including negotiation, review, and execution. <\/p>\n 4. Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation, regulatory, and corporate legal matters. <\/p>\n 5. Handle pre-litigation and litigation support, including drafting legal strategy and documentation. <\/p>\n 6. Conduct legal risk assessments and develop mitigation plans. <\/p>\n 7. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations affecting real estate and construction operations. <\/p>\n 8. Support internal corporate governance, policy review, and legal training where needed. <\/p>\n 9.
