Join us to shape the future of payments. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all installation of equipment with site acceptance tests, operator trainings and site support are carried out as per agreed Service Level Agreement with the client. <\/li>\n<li>Plan and provide timely periodic preventive maintenance of systems with 100 percent completion of all AMC contractual provisions. <\/li>\n<li>Provide exemplary customer service to internal and external customers and ensure all interactions support our Customer First philosophy \u201cCreating Confidence\u201d. Communicate well in advance with customers and mutually agree on schedules for corrective maintenance, changes in CM dates, software upgrades, parts supply, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct technical trainings as needed. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare required CM\/PM tool kits, software and spare parts in advance and complete the job; submit a complete report of work carried out and anticipate parts replenishment for the customer site when required. <\/li>\n<li>Record details of each preventive maintenance or installation job clearly (machine details, parts consumed, defects\/symptoms) and ensure parts consumed are documented with proper description and quantity for analysis and planning. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Field Engineers and help desk to resolve technically complex issues related to service and product complaints; participate in evaluation, research and timely resolution. <\/li>\n<li>Upskill product knowledge by leveraging product documentation and coordinating with fellow Field Engineers to share knowledge related to service and products. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in root cause analysis of escalated customer product and service issues and verify warranty and parts support as needed while adhering to company policy. <\/li>\n<li>Propose and contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency of works. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate accurate documentation\/system entry for preventive and corrective maintenance, installations, and performance tracking timelines. <\/li>\n<li>Use resources efficiently, be a team player, and protect the company\u2019s brand and interests at all times. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038;
