Validating evert detail, ensuring accuracy, product related charges and features conveyed and completeness before submitting for further processing. <\/p>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Be Doing <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and verify cash product applications submitted by staff <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. <\/li>\n<li>Cross-check customer details, documents, and product eligibility criteria. <\/li>\n<li>Flag discrepancies or incomplete submissions and coordinate with telesales agents for resolution. <\/li>\n<li>Escalate any lapses immediately to TL\/VP <\/li>\n<li>Maintain detailed records of verification outcomes and escalate any suspicious or fraudulent activity. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with credit, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth processing. <\/li>\n<li>Support process improvement initiatives to enhance verification efficiency and accuracy <\/li>\n<li>Recommend improvements to verification processes and quality control measures. <\/li>\n<li>Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in day-to-day requirement of smooth functioning of the unit as and when required. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What We\u2019re Looking For <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 1\u20132 years of experience in banking operations, product verification, or tele sales support. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of retail banking cash products (e.g., personal loans, credit cards). <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with KYC norms, regulatory guidelines, and internal compliance standards. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. <\/li>\n<li>Good communication and coordination abilities.
