We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman specializing in roads and infrastructure to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roadworks, utilities, drainage, and site execution, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications. <\/p>\n

  1. Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities related to roads, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure. <\/li>\n
  2. Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, safety standards, and project timelines. <\/li>\n
  3. Manage and instruct site workers, subcontractors, and machinery operators. <\/li>\n
  4. Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of required resources. <\/li>\n
  5. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications. <\/li>\n
  6. Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site. <\/li>\n
  7. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site inspectors for smooth workflow. <\/li>\n
  8. Maintain daily reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. 2 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in roads & infrastructure projects. <\/li>\n
    2. Strong knowledge of road construction, drainage, utility works, and earthworks. <\/li>\n
    3. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work plans. <\/li>\n
    4. Leadership skills to manage site teams and subcontractors. <\/li>\n
    5. Good communication skills to coordinate with engineers, site staff, and project stakeholders. <\/li>\n
    6. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards. <\/li>\n
    7. Valid UAE Driving License (preferred). <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
