The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury residential design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and strong technical expertise in architectural planning and interior styling. You will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing high-end renovation projects, ensuring that every space is both visually stunning and functionally optimized. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>Interior Design &#038; Concept Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and present creative design concepts tailored to each client&#8217;s needs and preferences. <\/li>\n<li>Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively. <\/li>\n<li>Select premium materials, finishes, and furnishings to align with the luxury renovation vision. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all designs reflect current trends, timeless aesthetics, and functional living solutions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Architectural Planning &#038; Space Optimization <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct site analysis and space planning to maximize functionality and flow. <\/li>\n<li>Develop architectural layouts, floor plans, and structural modifications when required. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all designs meet Dubai\u2019s building codes, regulations, and safety standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Project Coordination &#038; Execution <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with clients, contractors, and project managers to bring designs to life. <\/li>\n<li>Provide design expertise on a per-project basis, ensuring alignment with project goals. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate remotely or on-site as required by project scope. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth handover of design plans, including drawings, specifications, and material selections. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Client &#038; Stakeholder Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand client preferences and translate them into practical, beautiful spaces. <\/li>\n<li>Present design proposals confidently and adapt designs based on client feedback. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with suppliers, artisans, and craftsmen to source unique, high-quality elements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience: 5+ years of experience in luxury interior design and architecture. <\/li>\n<li>Education: Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>License: Freelance license and\/or permit required. <\/li>\n<li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, Revit, or similar design software. Strong knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and finishing techniques.
