We value inclusion, diversity, and collaboration, recognising that people need other people to succeed. <\/p>\n<p>\u0646\u0628\u062d\u062b \u0639\u0646 <strong>Construction Manager <\/strong> with expertise in roads and bridges projects to join our team in Abu Dhabi or Dubai and support the successful delivery of complex infrastructure developments. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the single point of accountability for construction supervision delivery on transport infrastructure projects. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee site team recruitment, site mobilisation, day-to-day site supervision team operations and client interfaces ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and programme requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource management to ensure timely delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Manage construction contracts, claims, and commercial aspects in line with project objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership to site teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance. <\/li>\n<li>Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation measures to maintain project momentum. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in civil engineering or construction management. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 18 years\u2019 experience in construction management, with a strong track record on roads and bridges projects. Previous experience as a Senior Resident Engineer or Resident Engineer is required. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record working with major developers and transport\/infrastructure authorities across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Experience with key entities such as RTA, DEWA, DM, ADM, DMT is considered highly beneficial. <\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of contract management, including contract administration, compliance, claims mitigation, claims evaluation and resolution, working with standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC). <\/li>\n<li>Professional registration (e.g., PMP, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent) is an advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity <\/strong> We believe that a diverse workforce is key to our business success.
