We develop innovative software programs that allow <b>telecom operators <\/b> to <b>leverage data <\/b> acquired through their networks to enrich their services or improve their internal processes. <\/p>\n<p>Our technology processes and consolidates massive amounts of <b>data <\/b> from heterogeneous computing devices and networks, transforming them into real-time factual elements that are intelligible for decision-making. Intersec Group&#8217;s modular and highly scalable solutions range from basic customer management to location-based services and business analytics. They are deployed in more than 80 countries, through an open architecture, with no 3rd party dependency. <\/p>\n<p>We collaborate with leading <b>telecommunications <\/b> operators and <b>governments <\/b> around the world, tackling critical <b>Data management and Geolocation challenges <\/b>. <\/p>\n<p>We are a team of <b>120 people <\/b>, with offices in <b>Paris <\/b> (HQ), <b>\u062f\u0628\u064a <\/b> and <b>Singapore <\/b>. <\/p>\n<h3>Your Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<p>Within the Sales team, you will be preferably based in Dubai and reporting to the VP Sales MENA. <\/p>\n<p>Your mission is to plan and execute strategic and tactical plans to achieve sales objectives: <\/p>\n<p><b>Strategy <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in driving the company\u2019s product and market strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Build, develop and maintain profitable partnerships with C level stakeholders. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Business <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New account acquisition, including prospecting, directly and indirectly following up on inbound leads, generate new organic leads, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation and closing. <\/li>\n<li>Identify local customer needs and grow our customer base in assigned territory through solid solution selling propositions. <\/li>\n<li>Acting as a strategic selling leader to close significant deals and hit sales quotas in a timely manner. <\/li>\n<li>Developing commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management, within assigned territories. <\/li>\n<li>Cross-sell products, when appropriate. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Market <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create awareness about Intersec in several accounts and groups where the name was not heard before. <\/li>\n<li>Represent Intersec in industry or promotional events (e.g., trade shows) and recruit new sponsors. <\/li>\n<li>Manage partners and clients&#8217; relationships. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications and Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Resilient and result oriented with a proven track record in sales in <b>MENA <\/b> with the <b>Government <\/b> (mainly Ministry of Home Affairs, Defence &#038; Disaster Management Agencies) and <b>Telecommunications <\/b> industry. <\/li>\n<li>10 &#8211; 25 years professional sales experience in relevant markets: telecommunications &#038; Government markets. <\/li>\n<li>Profound understanding of various licenses of business models (subscription, SaaS, term-licensed). <\/li>\n<li>Experience in selling in Telco environments (Core Network equipment, Radio, CRM, VAS Platform). <\/li>\n<li>Consistent and documented success in selling large deals exceeding $1 million. <\/li>\n<li>Trusted advisor, selling on C level in B2B and B2G markets. <\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis. <\/li>\n<li>Business case focus: able to drive a business case, build a value proposition. <\/li>\n<li>Strong skills in selling value-based solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer service (Client&#8217;s reference checks will be performed). <\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, leadership and negotiation skills. <\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce ideally) and Microsoft Office Suite. <\/li>\n<li>Availability to travel as needed. <\/li>\n<li>Fluent Arabic and English are mandatory; another language is a big plus. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Benefits <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Paid Time Off <\/li>\n<li>Work From Home <\/li>\n<li>Training &#038; Development <\/li>\n<li>Performance Bonus <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Ready for the challenge?
