You\u2019ll work closely with our dedicated RFP Team, sales, operations, legal, and finance departments to deliver winning submissions. <\/p>\n<p><b>No prior security industry experience? No problem! <\/b> If you have experience working with RFPs, we\u2019ll provide <b>full training <\/b> on our security services, regulations, and compliance requirements. <\/p>\n<p>We are especially looking for someone who can <b>use AI tools, editing skills, and creative thinking <\/b> to give proposals a <b>fresh look, bring new ideas to life, and help create winning RFPs <\/b> in collaboration with our team. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proposal Management: Manage the full proposal lifecycle, from RFP\/RFQ\/RFI analysis to submission. Ensure proposals are compliant, competitive, and professionally presented. <\/li>\n<li>RFP Analysis &#038; Content Development: Review RFPs to understand requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria. Write, edit, and organize content (executive summaries, staffing plans, compliance strategies, pricing models). Leverage AI tools and editing techniques to modernize proposal designs and enhance readability. <\/li>\n<li>Collaboration &#038; Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (RFP, sales, operations, legal, finance). Ensure proposal components align with regulations, client needs, and company objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Compliance &#038; Quality Control: Guarantee proposals meet government regulations and standards. Conduct quality checks for clarity, accuracy, and consistency. <\/li>\n<li>Repository &#038; Follow-Up: Maintain proposal templates and a repository of past submissions. Track proposal statuses, respond to clarifications, and assist in negotiations. <\/li>\n<li>Market Research: Research procurement trends and identify new contract opportunities.
