As part of our expansion into Dubai, we are looking for experienced <b>Therapists (Clinical Psychologists, Licensed Counselors, or Psychotherapists) <\/b> to deliver high-quality therapy services to diverse patient populations. <\/p>\n<h3>Position Overview <\/h3>\n<p>The Therapist will provide <b>psychological therapy, counseling, and mental health support <\/b> to individuals, couples, and families in an outpatient setting. Unlike psychiatrists, therapists focus on <b>talk-based interventions <\/b> and <b>behavioral therapies <\/b>, helping clients develop coping strategies, manage emotional difficulties, and improve overall mental health. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct <b>psychological assessments <\/b> and intake sessions to understand clients\u2019 needs. <\/li>\n<li>Deliver <b>individual therapy, couples therapy, and\/or family counseling <\/b> using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma therapy, mindfulness-based therapy). <\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement <b>treatment plans <\/b> tailored to each client\u2019s goals. <\/li>\n<li>Provide <b>psychoeducation <\/b> to clients and families to enhance understanding of mental health. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with psychiatrists (when medication is part of treatment) and other clinicians to ensure holistic care. <\/li>\n<li>Track client progress, document sessions, and maintain strict confidentiality in line with DHA and clinic standards. <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate <b>group therapy sessions <\/b> where appropriate. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in team case discussions and contribute to a multidisciplinary care approach. <\/li>\n<li>Stay current with new developments in therapy techniques and mental health research. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Requirements <\/h3>\n<p><b>Education &#038; Certification: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree or Doctorate (PhD\/PsyD) in <b>Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Psychotherapy <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Specialized training or certification in therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-focused therapy). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Licensing: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must hold a valid license to practice psychology\/counseling in home country. <\/li>\n<li>Must be eligible for a <b>Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Clinical Psychologist or Counseling Psychologist License <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Preference for candidates with <b>active DHA license, DHA eligibility letter, or transferable HAAD\/MOH license <\/b>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum <b>2\u20135 years of post-qualification therapy experience <\/b> (outpatient or private practice preferred). <\/li>\n<li>Experience treating common mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and trauma. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills &#038;
