The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and procurement execution within offshore oil &#038; gas projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services in compliance with ADNOC standards. <\/p>\n<h3>Job Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage all procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and awarding contracts. <\/li>\n<li>Develop procurement strategies aligned with project requirements, schedule, and budget. <\/li>\n<li>Manage vendor prequalification, selection, and performance monitoring. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with engineering, project management, and quality teams to ensure procurement of compliant materials and services. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review purchase requisitions, RFQs, and commercial proposals. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor procurement progress and ensure timely delivery to meet project milestones. <\/li>\n<li>Manage purchase order administration, contract documentation, and procurement reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards. <\/li>\n<li>Support risk management by identifying and mitigating procurement-related risks. <\/li>\n<li>Lead procurement meetings and coordinate with stakeholders for alignment and issue resolution. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline. <\/li>\n<li>15+ years of experience in procurement within the oil &#038;
