This role demands the development and execution of a comprehensive financial strategy that adheres to performance metrics, ensuring financial integrity and aligning with long\u2011term organizational goals. <\/p>\n<h3>Main Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with executive leadership to shape the long\u2011term strategic direction of the company. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and implement strategic business plans to maintain financial viability. <\/li>\n<li>Manage capital allocation and budgeting processes effectively. <\/li>\n<li>Design performance measurement frameworks and financial KPIs. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in key strategic discussions and decisions at the executive level. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee all accounting and tax operations to ensure accuracy and compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Optimize transaction processing systems with strong internal controls. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct thorough business performance analysis and report findings to the CEO. <\/li>\n<li>Manage contractual agreements and compliance with financial regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Lead internal compliance reviews and audits to maintain operational integrity. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare board papers and manage scheduling for board meetings. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration. <\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in IT \u2013 Services\/Managed Services domain. <\/li>\n<li>15+ years of financial leadership experience. <\/li>\n<li>Certified Management Accountant (CMA).Certified Public Accountant (CPA). <\/li>\n<li>Experience collaborating with C\u2011suite executives. <\/li>\n<li>Must be based in the UAE and have local market experience and understanding of the Technology\/IT landscape and ecosystem. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Nice to Have <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with financial information systems and analytics. <\/li>\n<li>Strong presentation skills to influence stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects in finance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
