The ideal candidate will combine financial leadership, regulatory mastery, and hands-on execution to ensure the business is scalable, compliant, and investor-ready. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls\u2014while building financial partnerships across departments and advising senior leadership on sustainable, data-driven decisions. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Strategic Finance &#038; Business Leadership <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the financial planning and forecasting process aligned to revenue targets, cost controls, and strategic goals. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to drive growth, profitability, and capital efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate financial risks and support decision-making for new markets, product lines, and strategic investments. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Financial Operations &#038; Controls <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with applicable UAE Tax &#038; Financial laws, coordinate audits and regulatory reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain a robust control framework that supports growth without compromising compliance or accuracy. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Reporting, Analysis &#038; Forecasting <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produce and present financial statements, management dashboards, and investor-ready reports. <\/li>\n<li>Lead analysis on profitability, margin contribution by SKU\/channel, pricing models, and cost optimization. <\/li>\n<li>Guide board-level reporting, fundraising discussions, and financial due diligence. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Budgeting &#038; Cash Flow <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead annual budgeting processes with department heads, including CAPEX and OPEX planning. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee short- and long-term cash flow forecasting and treasury operations. <\/li>\n<li>Optimize working capital through inventory, receivables, and payables management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. ERP Systems &#038; Automation <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee finance system improvements including ERP, reporting tools, and integration with POS, CRM, and supply chain. <\/li>\n<li>Promote automation and digitization to improve accuracy, transparency, and speed. <\/li>\n<li>Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team with a focus on agility and business partnership. <\/li>\n<li>Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and integrity across the finance function. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>7. Cross-functional &#038; External Engagement <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner closely with Operations, Commercial, and Production on cost planning, vendor contracts, and expansion feasibility. <\/li>\n<li>Serve as the main point of contact for external auditors, tax advisors, financial institutions, and investors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &#038; Competencies <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (mandatory); CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA or MBA (preferred). <\/li>\n<li>12+ years of experience with at least 5 years in a finance leadership role, preferably in FMCG, D2C, manufacturing, or startup environments. <\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of IFRS, UAE Corporate Tax &#038; VAT compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with ERP systems and financial modelling. <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with limited structure. <\/li>\n<li>High integrity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0645\u0639\u0644\u0648\u0645\u0627\u062a \u0625\u0636\u0627\u0641\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us? <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re not just feeding pets \u2013 we\u2019re changing the way people care for them.
