M&#038;A"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2612029<\/p>\n<h3>About the job Senior Strategy Manager &#8211; M&#038;A <\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Job Summary <\/strong> <\/h3>\n<p>Provide strategic, functional, operational support to the department by taking a specific, identified (leadership) role for agreed projects. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/strong> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and oversee the structure and implementation of strategic initiatives, developing detailed work plans, collecting and analyzing relevant data, and formulating actionable recommendations <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with key business partners to facilitate comprehensive planning processes, ensuring alignment with sound business recommendations and corporate strategy <\/li>\n<li>Create and coordinate plans for BUs, departments, segments, countries, and subsidiaries, ensuring they align with and support the overall corporate strategic direction <\/li>\n<li>Assist in Merger &#038; Acquisition projects (primarily operational and commercial DD) <\/li>\n<li>Build forecasts and analytical models to provide insights into future scenarios, enabling proactive decision-making and strategic adjustments <\/li>\n<li>Conduct thorough analysis of competitors, focusing on technical, production, manufacturing, and construction capabilities to identify potential threats <\/li>\n<li>Perform competitive analyses to uncover gaps and opportunities in the marketplace, guiding strategic growth initiatives <\/li>\n<li>Select and apply appropriate frameworks, tools, and methodologies to effectively tackle strategic challenges <\/li>\n<li>Leverage expertise in areas such as business model development, financial modeling, product portfolio planning, organizational strategy, channel strategies, and customer\/market research <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all activities comply with company policies, the Policy of Integrity &#038; Code of Conduct, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Required Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/strong> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors Degree minimum (Masters Degree is an advantage) <\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 12 years of experience in the consulting industry, of which at least 5 years in equivalent roles. <\/li>\n<li>International exposure is an added value <\/li>\n<li>Experience in Dredging, Energy, Oil &#038;
