Position: Project Controls Manager (Onshore Projects) <\/p>\n

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Controls Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of project controls for our EPC oil & gas client’s onshore projects. <\/p>\n

– Develop and implement project controls strategies and plans for onshore projects, including cost control, schedule control, risk management, and change management <\/p>\n
– Monitor project progress and performance, identify potential issues and risks, and develop mitigation plans <\/p>\n
– Ensure compliance with project controls processes and procedures, and provide guidance and support to project teams <\/p>\n
– Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project budgets, schedules, and forecasts <\/p>\n
– Manage project cost tracking and reporting, including budget vs. actual analysis, variance analysis, and cost trend analysis <\/p>\n
– Lead project risk management activities, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks <\/p>\n
– Oversee project change management process, including review and approval of change requests <\/p>\n
– Provide regular project controls reports to senior management and clients, highlighting project status, risks, and opportunities <\/p>\n
– Mentor and train project controls team members, and provide guidance on best practices and industry standards <\/p>\n
– Continuously improve project controls processes and procedures to enhance project performance and efficiency <\/p>\n

– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field <\/p>\n
– Minimum of 15+years of experience in project controls, preferably in ADNOConshore projects <\/p>\n
– Strong knowledge of project controls principles, processes, and tools <\/p>\n
– Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar <\/p>\n
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills <\/p>\n
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills <\/p>\n
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines <\/p>\n
– PMP or other project management certifications are a plus <\/p>\n
– Candidates with ADNOC experience will be given preference. <\/p>\n
