The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and overseeing construction projects, with a focus on civil and building works. As a Structure Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards. <\/p>\n<p>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all aspects of civil and building work projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. <\/li>\n<li>Manage and coordinate with project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor project progress and ensure that work is being carried out according to plans and specifications. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. <\/li>\n<li>Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications. <\/li>\n<li>Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management. <\/li>\n<li>Manage project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing civil and building work projects. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent project management and leadership skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with local building codes and regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in project management software. <\/li>\n<li>Prior experience working in the
