In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our esteemed clients. This client is a global leader in the Real Estate industry, known for its commitment to quality and innovation. They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects. <\/p>\n

  1. Work with Functional Consultants and Product Manager to understand the business requirements. <\/li>\n
  2. Prepare technical specifications document based on business requirements. <\/li>\n
  3. Estimate the efforts and timelines for the development. <\/li>\n
  4. Develop reports, correspondence templates, notifications, stored procedures, tasks, interfaces, dashboards and all other Yardi related technical solutions based on business requirements. <\/li>\n
  5. Test and document the solutions developed. <\/li>\n
  6. Prepare transition document for UAT and Production deployment. <\/li>\n
  7. Work with support and functional consultants to fix data issues and data cleanup activities. <\/li>\n
  8. Work with support consultant to troubleshoot Yardi related issues. <\/li>\n
  9. Conduct Yardi technical training for other IT teams. <\/li>\n
  10. Contribute to new product and upgrade implementations. <\/li>\n
  11. Maintain tracker for the assigned tasks and send weekly activity & status report to Product Manager. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Qualifications, Experience, & Skills: <\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Internal Communication with all Departments\/Business Units as required and IT. <\/li>\n
    2. External Communication with External IT Vendors. <\/li>\n
    3. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent. <\/li>\n
    4. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. <\/li>\n
    5. Excellent knowledge and experience in Yardi database tables, YSR, SSRS, Columnar, Analytics, Custom financials, Triggers, Stored Procedures, Cursors and Functions. <\/li>\n
    6. Knowledge and experience in .NET will be an added advantage. <\/li>\n
    7. Good knowledge and understanding of real estate business. <\/li>\n
    8. Very good knowledge in Yardi Voyager and Voyager + products: Commercial Leasing, Retail Leasing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, ABF, Fixed Asset, Bank Book, Work Order, Inspection, Legal, Orion BI and Commercial Caf\u00e9. <\/li>\n
    9. Excellent communication and presentation skills. <\/li>\n
    10. Excellent interpersonal skills to relate and communicate to all levels of stakeholders. <\/li>\n
    11. Ability to take initiative and an aptitude for creative problem-solving and display a positive attitude & work well with others. <\/li>\n
    12. Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
