They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: <\/strong> Senior Techno Functional Consultant HCM &#8211; Payroll <\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Experience: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A bachelor&#8217;s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or engineering is typically required. A master&#8217;s degree or additional certifications in areas such as project management or business process management can be advantageous. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in managing HCM implementation projects and initiatives, preferably in a similar role as a support consultant for Payroll or a related position. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with integrating diverse systems, applications, and technologies within complex IT environments. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of industry-specific integration challenges, standards, and regulations, if applicable. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Fusion Payroll suite and related modules, including Core HR, Absences, Compensation, Time &#038; Labor. Knowledge of and Oracle ERP R12 Payroll is preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Expert in Payroll business process area for core engine and typical integrations with banks and other applications. <\/li>\n<li>Superior ability to understand, articulate and address business issues, business drivers and needs. <\/li>\n<li>Able to plan and facilitate design sessions. Able to conceptualize a solution of significant scope, across multiple business processes. <\/li>\n<li>Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify payroll and regulatory requirements, evaluate system compatibility, and troubleshoot issues. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of security and data privacy considerations in payroll\/HR projects. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from various departments and levels within the organization. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications. <\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation and influencing skills to manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and align integration initiatives with organizational goals. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, and project managers. <\/li>\n<li>Strong presentation skills to deliver updates, reports, and recommendations to management and other relevant stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of Oracle Application Object library and application database structure. <\/li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of BPM workflow and runtime report configuration and Design Studio, Application Composer, Page Composer using fusion application. <\/li>\n<li>Well versed in developing PAAS extension for customization which includes but not limited to integration between oracle fusion and PAAS application and vice versa using VBCS, ICS, PCS and DBCS. <\/li>\n<li>Oracle Application Express (APEX), OAF, Oracle Fusion, SaaS, and PaaS environments. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Skills: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Payroll functional and technical support to Business. <\/li>\n<li>Accountable for Monthly\/Annual Health Check of Payroll processing. <\/li>\n<li>Recommend automation opportunities in Payroll wherever possible. <\/li>\n<li>Identify gaps and implement solutions to reduce issues in Payroll and related modules. Create knowledge repository with SOPs and recurring issues. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Oracle support to identify resolutions to product issues. <\/li>\n<li>Professional HCM\/Payroll experience as practitioner and\/or implementation consultant. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of payroll rules for UAE &#038; Global Payroll is a must. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience implementing one or more of the following modules: Payroll is mandatory.
