Job Title: <\/strong> HR Organizational Development (OD) Specialist We are seeking an experienced HR Organizational Development (OD) Specialist <\/strong>to support a leading government entity in Abu Dhabi on a 6-month contract <\/strong>. The role will focus on driving organizational effectiveness through change management, talent and leadership development, culture initiatives, and performance improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong OD expertise, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on experience in fostering employee engagement within dynamic environments. <\/p>\n Organizational Development & Change Management <\/strong> <\/p>\n Design and implement OD strategies to enhance organizational performance. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Lead change management initiatives, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Support restructuring, transformation, and culture change projects. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Talent & Leadership Development <\/strong> <\/p>\n Assess competency gaps and coordinate targeted learning and development programs. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Facilitate leadership development, coaching, and succession planning initiatives. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Contribute to career development frameworks and internal mobility strategies. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Employee Engagement & Culture <\/strong> <\/p>\n Develop and execute engagement strategies and action plans from survey results. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Act as a culture champion, aligning behaviors with organizational values. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Performance Management <\/strong> <\/p>\n Enhance and monitor performance management frameworks. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Train managers and employees on goal-setting and feedback processes. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Analyze performance data and recommend improvements. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Data & Analytics <\/strong> <\/p>\n Leverage data insights to support OD strategies and interventions. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Conduct organizational assessments, surveys, and focus groups. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Track and report KPIs for OD, engagement, and development initiatives. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in HR, OD, or related disciplines. <\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Proven knowledge of OD, change management, and talent development best practices. <\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Strong background in performance management and engagement strategies. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Professional certifications (SHRM-CP\/SCP, CIPD, OD certifications) are an advantage. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Strategic Thinking <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
