assist patients with insurance-related inquiries. <\/li>\n<li><b>Medical Billing: <\/b> Support the processing of patient invoices and the collection of payments; ensure accurate documentation of billing information. <\/li>\n<li><b>Patient Assistance: <\/b> Address patient queries and provide information regarding clinic services;
