A <b>valid UAE driving license <\/b> is mandatory for this role. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive <b>new business acquisition <\/b> and manage the complete sales cycle for <b>insurance sales like general insurance, motor insurance. <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with <b>insurance companies <\/b>, brokers, and third-party administrators (TPAs) in the Middle East. <\/li>\n<li>Understand client business needs and map them to <b>product capabilities and digital transformation opportunities <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to develop solution proposals, demos, and presentations. <\/li>\n<li>Represent New Technology System at <b>industry events, client meetings, and solution workshops <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and execute account plans, sales strategies, and revenue forecasts. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>At least <b>3 years of experience in the insurance industry <\/b>, selling insurance solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of <b>insurance workflows <\/b> (policy, claims, underwriting, reinsurance, etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent <b>presentation, communication, and negotiation skills <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li><b>UAE driving license is mandatory <\/b>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0631\u0627\u062a \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0641\u0636\u0644\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with core insurance systems, CRM platforms and digital front-office solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with <b>public sector or regulatory bodies <\/b> in insurance is a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Strong network of industry contacts in the Middle East insurance sector. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why Join Us?
