We plan to engage an agency to provide Kiosk Promoter x 1 who will be responsible primarily for managing our kiosk at DWTC to capture leads from walk-in customers. <\/p>\n
Role:<\/p>\n
Engaging potential customers and driving sales enquiries. <\/p>\n
Agency should have previous experience in providing promoters for exhibitions in malls, dwtc etc. <\/p>\n
Agency should provide replacement for any candidate who may not continue. <\/p>\n
Promoter should have previous experience in managing B2B brands. Experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is preferred. <\/p>\n
Duties: <\/p>\n
Collection of business cards, submission of data on RAKEZ provided Ipad to SalesForce <\/p>\n
Generate weekly report of leads submission and manage the kiosk screen content (remotely managed from HQ) in coordination with the staff <\/p>\n
Work as single point of contact between RAKEZ and DWTC for any operational needs <\/p>\n
Personality traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. <\/p>\n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. <\/p>\n
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets. <\/p>\n
Basic knowledge of the products\/services being promoted. <\/p>\n
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. <\/p>\n
