Sales Operations Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2616536<\/p>\n<p><p>The Pricing &#038; Sales Operations Manager will own the strategic pricing function, sales operations enablement, and sales forecasting for Casinetto&#8217;s B2B and B2C channels as well as the Artisan Manufacturing, and all regional branches including UAE, KSA, and the upcoming Bahrain branch. <\/p>\n<h3>Your primary responsibilities <\/h3>\n<h3>Pricing Strategy &#038; Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain B2B, B2C, and manufacturing pricing policies, discount guidelines, and promotional strategies across UAE, KSA, and Bahrain <\/li>\n<li>Set and manage transfer prices for ingredients from Casinetto to Artisan Manufacturing <\/li>\n<li>Monitor margins at both raw material and finished goods level <\/li>\n<li>Conduct competitive benchmarking across retail, wholesale, and manufacturing segments in each market <\/li>\n<li>Implement approval workflows for special pricing requests <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Sales Forecasting &#038; Financial Planning <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage the annual sales budget in collaboration with Commercial Director and Finance <\/li>\n<li>Maintain and review sales forecasts, ensuring accuracy through data-driven analysis <\/li>\n<li>Monitor sales performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting <\/li>\n<li>Track forecast accuracy as a key performance metric <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Sales Operations &#038; Enablement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness <\/li>\n<li>Train sales teams in UAE, KSA, and Bahrain on price books, agreements, CRM usage, and approval processes <\/li>\n<li>Develop and enforce best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, and performance monitoring <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with pricing policies across all channels and regions <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>CRM &#038; System Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain account hierarchy (Group \u2192 Business Unit \u2192 Branch) in Salesforce <\/li>\n<li>Ensure correct linking of sales agreements, opportunities, and accounts across all regions <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate ERP (SAP B1) and Salesforce data integration <\/li>\n<li>Utilize Salesforce to track and analyze sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>E-Commerce &#038; Catalogue Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain online product prices and promotional campaigns for UAE, KSA, and Bahrain <\/li>\n<li>Align B2C promotions with marketing plans and profitability goals in each country <\/li>\n<li>Ensure ERP and e-commerce platform price synchronization <\/li>\n<li>Manage seasonal product uploads and replacements <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Manufacturing Pricing &#038; Cost Control <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with production to capture ingredient costs, labor, and overhead <\/li>\n<li>Calculate cost of goods manufactured (COGM) for each product <\/li>\n<li>Propose price updates for finished goods sold to Casinetto <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report on manufacturing profitability <\/li>\n<li>Ensure manufacturing price changes are reflected in B2B\/B2C price books across all regions <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Performance Analysis &#038;
