Reporting to the MEA Design Lead, your role is crucial in delivering compelling design work across channels including YouTube, social media, web, editorial content, education, branding, digital marketing, campaigns, and events. You are a strong designer with a background in developing creative materials from conception to production, capable of bringing your creative vision to life and mentoring junior teammates. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Be part of the development and execution of creative materials from briefing through concepting, executing, and production, with guidance from the creative director and Design Leads. <\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of higher priority projects and execute senior designer level work. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure design consistency and excellence across a variety of deliverables and brand touchpoints including visual product design, campaigns, web pages, event design, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Be an excellent cross-functional partner to a variety of global stakeholders. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Creative Operations <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Streamline production processes for efficiency <\/li>\n<li>Maintain an Omni-channel approach within the marketing team (Content, Social Media, PR, Local Marketing, Product and Digital Media) <\/li>\n<li>Help define and evolve brand guidelines and asset requirements <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Team And Relationship Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Foster a positive and innovative team culture <\/li>\n<li>Support team development and mentorship <\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills, Knowledge, &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years design experience <\/li>\n<li>Experience as a design generalist and providing direction and support across different creative fields such as branding, social media design, event design, motion design, etc. <\/li>\n<li>A strong portfolio that demonstrates strategic, conceptual, and design skills through visually compelling work. <\/li>\n<li>Mastery of design tools: Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Generative AI (After Effects is a plus) <\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in using AI in creative processes and staying on track with the latest tools <\/li>\n<li>Strong creative problem-solving skills <\/li>\n<li>Mastery of composition, typography, color, and imagery <\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet tight deadlines <\/li>\n<li>Passion for branding, animation, and design <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Nice To Have <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Video and\/or motion experience <\/li>\n<li>3D experience <\/li>\n<li>Copywriting experience <\/li>\n<li>Crypto or fintech background <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Perks &#038; Benefits <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive total compensation package <\/li>\n<li>L&#038;D programs and Education subsidy for employees&#8217; growth and development <\/li>\n<li>Various team building programs and company events <\/li>\n<li>More that we love to tell you along the process!
