This role requires a unique blend of technical mastery in structural design, rigorous project management, and strategic procurement expertise. Perform advanced calculations and simulations to ensure structural integrity and optimization. <\/li>\n<li>Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with consultants and contractors to meet strategic objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Procurement &#038; Sourcing: Lead the procurement process for civil materials and services. This includes identifying vendors, conducting technical bid evaluations, and managing supplier contracts to ensure cost\u2011efficiency and quality. <\/li>\n<li>Regulatory Compliance: Manage all submissions through the TAMM portal and ensure projects strictly adhere to Abu Dhabi Municipality (DMT) codes and Estidama sustainability standards. <\/li>\n<li>Technical Quality Control: Review and approve structural shop drawings, technical submittals, and material specifications.
