This role combines strategic marketing, social media management and campaign execution, to position SRI as a leader in innovative, holistic education. The role is responsible for driving enrolments through integrated marketing campaigns, building a vibrant online community, and ensuring all communications reflect the school\u2019s unique brand, aligned with GEMS Education\u2019s global reputation. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans to drive awareness, reputation, and enrolments. <\/li>\n<li>Manage digital, PR, event, and advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with the school\u2019s strategic goals. <\/li>\n<li>Lead on flagship-level activations that reinforce SRI\u2019s leadership in innovation and research. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Admissions to deliver campaigns supporting student enrolments. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee brand consistency across all school touchpoints. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute social content calendars for school campaigns. <\/li>\n<li>Manage community engagement and reputation across social platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Lead creative development for short-form content (reels, shorts, live streaming). <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with PR and admissions on campaigns supporting enrolment. <\/li>\n<li>Provide school with toolkits, templates, and guidance for effective social media execution. <\/li>\n<li>Track, analyse, and optimise performance across platforms, sharing learnings with schools. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Principal, Senior Leadership Team, and teachers to create impactful content and campaigns. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with GEMS Education Group Marketing for flagship-level campaigns. <\/li>\n<li>Build relationships with influencers, community partners, and media. <\/li>\n<li>Manage vendors, agencies, and creative partners to deliver campaigns on time and within budget. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5\u20136 years in social media management. <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to grow communities and engagement. <\/li>\n<li>Strong creative instincts and deep understanding of algorithms. <\/li>\n<li>Skilled at managing stakeholders across multiple schools. <\/li>\n<li>5\u20137 years of marketing and social media experience, preferably in education, hospitality or luxury consumer services. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of delivering campaigns that drive measurable results. <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in managing and growing social media communities. <\/li>\n<li>Strong creative instincts, with the ability to produce or oversee production of high-quality social content (video, short-form, live). <\/li>\n<li>Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. <\/li>\n<li>\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0631\u0627\u062a \u0627\u062a\u0635\u0627\u0644 \u0645\u0645\u062a\u0627\u0632\u0629\u060c \u0643\u062a\u0627\u0628\u064a\u0629 \u0648\u0634\u0641\u0648\u064a\u0629. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>GEMS Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all of its students and staff.
