This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong traditional finance background (5\u201310 years) to pivot into the fast-evolving world of crypto and digital assets. If you&#8217;re passionate about cutting-edge finance and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, this is your moment. <\/p>\n<h3><b>What You\u2019ll Be Doing <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Aggressively identify and pursue institutional sales opportunities, with a focus on creating and converting pipelines through persistent outreach, relationship building, and strategic engagement. <\/li>\n<li>Lead full-cycle sales motions\u2014from cold approach to negotiation to closing, with a focus on high-revenue, high-impact clients. <\/li>\n<li>Provide structured, actionable feedback to product and executive teams to help shape offerings that win institutional market share. <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and activate new revenue opportunities. <\/li>\n<li>Understand and monitor market developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends within the crypto space to provide valuable insights. <\/li>\n<li>Build and refine client profiles to scale winning strategies across segments. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure new clients meet OKX\u2019s compliance standards and do not pose reputational, regulatory, or financial risk, in line with internal policies related to digital assets. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>What We Look For In You <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in prime services, brokerage, or institutional finance\u2014ideally within investment banking, trading, or asset management. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated executional excellence in closing sales: you\u2019ve led full-cycle deals and have a track record of turning prospects into long-term, high-value partnerships. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated interest or knowledge of the institutional crypto landscape and OKX\u2019s core products (Block Trading, Derivatives such as Perps\/Futures\/Options\/Margin, Cash OTC). <\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills\u2014you inspire trust, tailor your pitch to C-level stakeholders, and handle objections with credibility and confidence. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and regulatory environments. <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Prior experience or familiarity with crypto trading platforms, custody solutions, or blockchain infrastructure is advantageous, but not mandatory. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with RFI responses and to risk committees is an advantage. <\/li>\n<li>A lived experience in highly regulated and strict compliance environments is desired. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Perks &#038; Benefits <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive total compensation package <\/li>\n<li>L&#038;D programs and Education subsidy for employees&#8217; growth and development <\/li>\n<li>Various team building programs and company events <\/li>\n<li>Wellness and meal allowances <\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants <\/li>\n<li>More that we love to tell you along the process!
