Guest Flow: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage day-to-day reservations and coordinate seating plans to ensure optimal guest flow and guest satisfaction at La Piscina. <\/li>\n<li>Handle all guest inquiries, confirmations, and special requests professionally across phone, email, and reservation platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor guest arrival patterns and proactively communicate with service and hostess teams for smooth coordination. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Guest Recognition &#038; Personalization: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and update detailed guest profiles, recording preferences, allergies, special occasions, and feedback. <\/li>\n<li>Use guest insights to personalize the experience and surprise and delight returning or VIP guests. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Guest Relations: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and maintain an attentive presence throughout their visit. <\/li>\n<li>Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction and retention. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Coordination &#038; Collaboration: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise closely with the F&#038;B management, culinary team, hostess desk, and pool staff to ensure smooth operations and consistent service delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Support internal communication around large bookings, special events, or high-profile visits. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Promotions &#038;
