{"id":52615,"date":"2025-11-15T12:57:44","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:57:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/engineer-ict-elv\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T12:57:44","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:57:44","slug":"engineer-ict-elv","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/engineer-ict-elv\/","title":{"rendered":"Engineer ICT\/ELV"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2625953<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 Mission <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Responsible for providing professional direction, support and advice as the site representative for all matters related to construction, quality assurance of IT ELV Systems. <\/p>\n<p><strong>2 Line and Staff Relations <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>This role will report directly to the Project Resident Engineer and Operations Director. <\/p>\n<p>He\/She has relation with: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All the local staff <\/li>\n<li>All the external entities necessary to his\/her job execution <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3 Key Responsibilities <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong>Site Management &#038; Deliverables \u2013 Construction Stage <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review all Contractor\u2019s submissions, including but not limited to Method Statement, Material submissions, Shop Drawings, Calculations, Mock ups, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Attend Progress Meetings with the Contractor(s) as deemed necessary by the Resident Engineer. <\/li>\n<li>Attend coordination Meetings and provide Minutes of Meetings with the Contractor(s). <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and supervise the Works associated with the project in relation to quality, requirements and standards. <\/li>\n<li>Perform scheduled inspections via Work Inspection Requests, and provide accurate inspection comments related to the IT ELV Systems. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor Contractor&#8217;s performance concerning the ICT Systems against approved Method Statements and ITPs. <\/li>\n<li>Inspect the materials delivered to site for the use in the IT ELV Systems, and ensure compliance to project requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure suitability and fitness for use of Inspection, Measuring, and Testing Equipment related to IT ELV Systems. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct surveillance and regular walk-throughs of the Site to ascertain that the IT ELV Systems installations are proceeding in accordance with requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Report any potential problems, issues, and deficiencies related to the IT ELV Systems to the Construction Manager in a timely manner. <\/li>\n<li>Produce the daily record and report the daily physical progress of the IT ELV Systems made by the Contractor. <\/li>\n<li>Assist the Resident Engineer for Contractor\u2019s invoice assessment based on submissions status and work in-progress on site. <\/li>\n<li>Assist the Resident Engineer in the preparation of the monthly Project Status Report as required. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct snagging and re-snagging (as necessary) of the IT ELV Systems declared to be complete by the Contractor. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in Testing and Commissioning. <\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate with stakeholders and relevant local authorities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Quality Management: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review, approve and process all contractors&#8217; as-built drawings. <\/li>\n<li>Issue, when required, NCRs for non-conforming works to the Contractor, and participate in the resolution and closure. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor the proposed remedial and corrective actions from the Contractor on non-conforming works. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Health &#038; Safety <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with the Senior Health &#038; Safety Consultant to ensure the compliance of the Site Team with HSE Plan. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4 Profile Specifications \u2013 Minimum Requirements <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical\/ Electronics Communications Engineering or equivalent. <\/li>\n<li>8 years of post graduate experience with a minimum of 5 years in airport IT ELV Systems related projects. <\/li>\n<li>It would be an advantage if you have worked for one of the following companies: Honeywell, Bosch, Tyco\/Johnson Controls, Pelco, Cisco, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the following regulations: <\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>EN 55024 Information technology equipment &#8211;
