About the Role <\/h3>\n

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master with 8-12+ years of experience in leading agile teams and driving high-performance delivery. The role is focused on coaching, facilitating, and enabling cross-functional teams to deliver impactful technology solutions. While GenAI\/AI project exposure is a plus, the primary responsibility is to ensure agile excellence, continuous improvement, and team success. <\/p>\n

    \n
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to agile principles. <\/li>\n
  • Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and improve prioritization. <\/li>\n
  • Remove impediments quickly, escalating when needed to keep delivery on track. <\/li>\n
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency within the team. <\/li>\n
  • Track and report agile metrics (velocity, predictability, quality) to drive improvements. <\/li>\n
  • Coach team members and stakeholders in agile mindset and practices. <\/li>\n
  • Encourage continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable follow-ups. <\/li>\n
  • (Preferred) Support GenAI \/ AI\/ML project teams by aligning sprint planning with unique challenges like data readiness, model training, or infrastructure bottlenecks. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Skills & Experience <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 8-12+ years of IT\/software delivery experience with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master. <\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and proven success in scaling them. <\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated ability to improve team velocity, predictability, and overall delivery performance. <\/li>\n
    • Excellent facilitation, servant leadership, and conflict resolution skills. <\/li>\n
    • Hands-on with agile tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar. <\/li>\n
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. <\/li>\n
    • (Preferred) Exposure to GenAI \/ AI\/ML projects and understanding of unique delivery challenges. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Educational Qualifications <\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (required) <\/li>\n
      • Master\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Technology (preferred). <\/li>\n
      • Mandatory Certifications: <\/li>\n

        • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PSM II\/III <\/li>\n
        • At least one Agile\/Scaled Agile certification (e.g., SAFe, PMI-ACP, ICAgile) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n
