Overview <\/h3>\n

\u0646\u0628\u062d\u062b \u0639\u0646 Backend Tech Lead \u2013 Crypto <\/b> to drive the design, development, and scalability of our blockchain and crypto-related backend systems. This role is ideal for a senior engineer with deep expertise in backend engineering and blockchain technologies who can lead a team, set technical direction, and deliver secure, high-performance solutions. <\/p>\n

As Tech Lead, you will oversee the architecture and implementation of backend services that power cryptocurrency trading, custody, and settlement, while ensuring the highest standards of security, reliability, and scalability. <\/p>\n

  • Lead and mentor backend engineers working on crypto and blockchain projects. <\/li>\n
  • Define coding standards, best practices, and ensure technical excellence across the team. <\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with product managers, frontend\/mobile teams, and leadership to align backend systems with business needs. <\/li>\n
  • Review designs, code, and architecture to ensure high quality and maintainability. <\/li>\n
  • Design, build, and maintain APIs and microservices for crypto trading and settlement systems. <\/li>\n
  • Optimize SQL\/NoSQL database structures for scalability, performance, and reliability. <\/li>\n
  • Implement robust authentication, authorization, and security practices across backend services. <\/li>\n
  • Ensure systems are fault-tolerant, efficient, and meet compliance requirements. <\/li>\n
  • Integrate with third-party services, crypto exchanges, blockchain networks, and internal APIs. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Blockchain & Crypto Development <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Lead the development, testing, and deployment of smart contracts (Solidity, Rust, Move, etc.). <\/li>\n
    • Work with EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain) and emerging ecosystems (Solana, Cosmos, Polkadot, Layer 2 solutions). <\/li>\n
    • Integrate backend systems with DeFi protocols, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155), and digital wallets. <\/li>\n
    • Ensure gas efficiency and high transaction throughput in blockchain interactions. <\/li>\n
    • Stay updated on protocol upgrades, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain security best practices. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Education\/Experience: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. <\/li>\n
      • Backend: Proficiency in Python. Strong understanding of REST APIs and database systems. <\/li>\n
      • Mobile: Hands-on experience with Flutter development. <\/li>\n
      • Tools & Infrastructure: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI\/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS). <\/li>\n
      • Version Control & Collaboration: Strong Git workflow knowledge, agile methodology. <\/li>\n
      • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in cross-functional teams. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Preferred Qualifications <\/h3>\n

        • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. <\/li>\n
        • Knowledge of DevOps and infrastructure as code. <\/li>\n
