We are seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented <b>Commercial Coordinator <\/b> to join our Commercial Office\/Operations Team in Dubai. The role requires a minimum of three years of experience in a dynamic Logistics\/Operations\/Commercial setting, and offers the opportunity to work within a reputable international company in a multicultural team. <\/p>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<ul> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Manage material reservations and ensure prompt updates and communication with the Logistics team <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Facilitate the coordinated release and return of materials, working with Engineering, Warehouse, Sales, and clients to ensure optimal customer satisfaction <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Monitor all material movements and proactively address any issues that may arise during the project period <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Ensure precise and timely invoicing, and resolve disputes or handle credit requests in collaboration with Revenue Controllers, Sales, and Clients <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Guarantee accurate and error-free processing in Discos II <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Create, organize, and maintain all relevant correspondence and reports <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Adhere to reporting deadlines and contribute to the smooth closure of periods (monthly and annually) <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Provide support during the annual comprehensive stock take <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Develop proposals for process enhancements and present them to the Team Lead <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Offer support and step in for other members of the Commercial team as needed <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Fulfill other tasks as requested by the Commercial Team Lead <\/li>\n<p> <\/br> <\/ul>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<ul> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Entrepreneurial thinker with a background in Business Administration, Commercial, Logistics or similar field <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>At least 3 years of experience in a dynamic Logistics, Material Management or Commercial environment <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Experience in a construction environment in the UAE, Middle East and\/or JAFZA is a plus <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Well-organized with strong numerical ability and attention to detail <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Advanced MS Office knowledge <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Preferable experiences: Doka IT systems, Site construction, Logistics <\/li>\n<p> <\/br><\/p>\n<li>Excellent communication skills in English;
