The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting an inclusive learning environment, supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) to reach their full potential. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with classroom teachers to design and implement inclusive strategies that meet the diverse learning needs of students with SEN. <\/li>\n<li>Provide differentiated instruction and support to individuals or small groups of students, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct assessments to identify students with SEN and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SEN team and parents. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with parents, teachers, and external specialists to create a collaborative support network for students with SEN. <\/li>\n<li>Implement evidence-based interventions and accommodations to address diverse learning needs. <\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on best practices, research, and advancements in the field of special education and inclusion. <\/li>\n<li>Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that celebrates diversity and promotes a sense of belonging for all students. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing responsibilities for Grade 6 to 10. <\/li>\n<li>Required qualification &#8211; minimum BEd. in Special Education. <\/li>\n<li>Experience (minimum 1 year) supporting students with diverse learning needs and familiarity with development of IEPs. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues. <\/li>\n<li>GEMS Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all of its students and staff.
