Recommend measures to mitigate risks, including risk avoidance, risk reduction, risk sharing, and risk transfer. <\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor and evaluate risk management processes and controls. Prepare and present regular risk assessment reports to senior management and the board of directors. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of risk management activities. <\/li>\n<li>Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely and accurate submission of required reports and documentation. <\/li>\n<li>Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management and business continuity plans. Lead the response to incidents and crises, ensuring effective resolution and communication. <\/li>\n<li>Training and Awareness: Conduct risk management training and awareness programs for employees. Promote a risk-aware culture within the organization. Work closely with various departments to integrate risk management into all aspects of the business.
